Emailing an order

Once you have put together an order you automatically generate an email to send your order.

To do this first locate the 'Email Order' button on the Order screen, towards the bottom left and left-click it with your mouse. (Figure 1)

You will notice a warning pop-up appear on the screen, read it and click 'OK'. Another pop-up will appear this is pictured below

Starting from the top enter your details, ensuring you're entering them correctly.

If you wish your delivery address to be shown on the order (if you have multiple stores) click the box next to the label 'Add delivery address' to add a tick inside it and enter your address in the text-box below (labelled 'Delivery Address').

If you wish to recieve confirmation that your order has been recieved then click on the box next to the label 'Tick if you wish to have confirmation...'.

The text-box below that is for any additional comments you may wish to add to the order, this is optional so you can leave it blank if you wish.

Once you're satisfied you've entered all your information correctly you can then left-click the 'Email Order' button and your default email software will appear with the relevant email information already ready generated ready to send.
