Managing order files within catalogue software is made easy. Locate the buttons (shown in the picture below) on the order screen

Using these buttons you can perform certain order management functions. These are listed below.
Clicking the 'New' button will clear the current order space so that you can start a new order from scratch.
Clicking the 'Load' button will open the 'Load order' dialog, from here you can select an order you have previously saved.
Clicking the 'Save' button will save the current order, if it is the first time you have saved the order clicking 'Save' will open the 'Save order' dialog, allowing you to select a folder to save your order. If you have already saved the order somewhere once before it will then simply save in the same place. If you have already saved the order before but wish to save it in a different place, see 'Save as'.
Clicking the 'Save As' button will open the 'Save order' dialog, allowing you to select a folder to save the current order.
Clicking the 'Export' button will open the 'Export order' dialog, allowing you to select a folder to export the current order to a CSV file. CSV is a common filetype which can easily be imported into database or spreadsheet applications.
Clicking the 'Close' button will close the current order.
